I have had a very very good experience, this nicely decorated, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The personnel was genuinely helpful offered me a themed room with kettle as well as big comfortable beds. The breakfast was nice small, I appreciated eggs and cheese. I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely place in Lisbon. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The bed and chair in the room were very comfortable, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. I also appreciated the included continental breakfast, which was quite good. I recently stayed at Dalma Old Town Suites in the heart of Alfama for a few nights. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the river and sunrise from the three balconies in the front facing room on the top floor. The common areas are stylish, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with artwork and quality furniture. The bed is super comfortable, and the spacious walk-in shower has great water pressure. The staff, especially Rita, are wonderful and make you feel at home. The breakfast is large and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
